Dames Anne E. McBride and Deborah Mintcheff, along with Chef François Payard, are pleased to invite members of Les Dames d'Escoffier and guests to a sophisticated spring-inspired lunch prepared by Payard Patisserie Bistro Executive Chef Philippe Bertineau, with choice for each course. Dessert will be a tasty preview of Chocolate Epiphany.
Chef Payard will entertain you with tales of his love for chocolate, which goes back to a childhood spent in his family's pastry shop, and will answer questions about working with chocolate. He will also sign copies of the book, available at an exclusive Dames price of $18.
